Matthew Anderson and Sarah Williams are based on comparisons of psychologists at Saint-Joseph University in Philadelphia, USA, concerned about the evolution of flamingos behavior.
"The flamingo attracts my attention for a variety of reasons." Anderson said. "Scientifically speaking, their flock life is ideal for research and social investigations, influencing behavior. Aesthetically, they are huge, beautiful and exemplary."
Anderson and Williams began their research from the flamboyant development of the flamingos: they showed an interest in the parts of the body, the reactions of the organs they used to perform tasks, as a human, can only be right hand, or left hand.
They found that flamingos preferred turning their heads to one side rather than the other, and flamingos headed their heads in the direction of attacking them.
