For more than 100 years of history, Isle of Man TT is not always supported. In 1976, after a series of fatal accidents, this race was fiercely criticized, reducing its attractiveness. Paul resigned from the finance industry in 2006, accepting reduced income to take over as development director of Isle of Man TT. Paul and his team recruited talented new drivers, renegotiated contracts with media partners, and introduced new standards for racing safety.
